Who We Are
Chaturvedi & Thakar Advocates (C&T) is a partner-driven boutique law firm based in Mumbai. The firm's work centres on commercial disputes, banking and finance, real estate and corporate advisory. Our practice is rooted in Indian law while extending well beyond geographical boundaries. We advise and represent clients in domestic and cross-border matters, working closely with law firms and legal professionals across jurisdictions on international disputes, commercial transactions and matters involving Indian law. Alongside our principal commercial practice, we also advise and represent clients in family and matrimonial matters, wills and estate planning, and constitutional law.
